Punky was found chained up in a yard. He is a sweet boy who is very smart and just wants to please. Very playful and loves to cuddle! He is very active, loves to play with other dogs and loves to cuddle with his human. He knows a few commands and is almost housebroken (babies get distracted you know) He would rather be out and about and becomes a little verbal if you leave him in his crate.
