Bichon Frise (medium coat) : : Male (neutered) : : Senior : : Medium
Learn more about the Bichon Frise. John Doe ( renamed Louie by his foster) was found running in traffic. He was filthy, completely matted from head to tail and microchipped. The owners were notified and ignored calls from chip company on their found dog. In the meantime finder contacted us to help. She made sure he had a spa day and we made sure he went to the vet for a complete exam. After a 30 day wait on his owners to claim him (they finally released ownership with chip company) he came into rescue offically. We guess they didn't want their sweet senior dog any longer. This is what (John Doe) Louie's foster says about him Louie loves cuddles and being by his fosters side. He listens well and over all is a good boy. He loves having a little wet food with his dry food, I think it helps him to chew. He loves going on walks and does well on a leash. He is starting to love going on car rides and loves the wind in his face. He has problems with marking inside but keeping a belly band on helps with that and he is getting better and doing it less. He also can be a little nippy if picked up the wrong way but is also getting better about that.
