Frenchy was a stray who ended up in a shelter. He seems to have been a backyard breeder. He is one hot mess. Infested with fleas when he got to shelter he has large patches of missing hair. He has chronic ear infections. A little underweight. Everyone walked right past him at the "Clear the Shelter" event. But we fell in love with his golden spirit.

A note from his foster mom: Frenchy came to me about three weeks ago. He was a dog who didn't know love from humans or how to play with other dogs. In the time I have had him he has blossomed into a gentle loving golden. He plays with all the dogs big and small. He has learned to sit before meals, is house broken, loves his pillow, wags his tail always. He is the sweetest boy. He is a beautiful soul with a lot of love to give his FurEver home. He has gained weight and with a great diet he is getting his beautiful coat back. Such a pleasure to have the opportunity to spend time with him.
